At AFT Funded, we celebrate traders who can reliably extract value from the market. The Profitable Trading Days requirement is designed to confirm that your strategy is robust and your results come from clear, repeatable execution.
Instead of focusing only on a single total-profit number, this rule highlights your ability to perform across multiple trading sessions.
Evaluation Phase Requirements
Target: 3 Profitable Trading Days
To advance through each evaluation phase, you must complete at least 3 profitable trading days.
- The Standard: A day is counted as profitable when your closed positions for that day produce a net profit of at least 0.5% of your initial account balance.
- Your Schedule: These days do not need to be consecutive. You can choose the strongest market days within your unlimited trading period.
Example
On a $100,000 account, a profitable day means a closed net gain of $500 or more.
- Day 1: Net closed profit of $700 (Milestone 1 reached)
- Day 2: Small loss or break-even (No milestone; account remains safe)
- Day 3: Net closed profit of $510 (Milestone 2 reached)
- Day 4: Net closed profit of $600 (Milestone 3 reached; requirement completed)
Funded Account Requirements
Target: 4 Profitable Trading Days
After transitioning to a Funded Account, the same principle applies before each payout cycle. You must complete at least 4 profitable trading days.
- The Standard: Each of the 4 days must reach a closed net profit of at least 0.5% of your initial balance.
- Freedom of Execution: These days can occur at any time during your trading window, letting you wait for favorable market conditions.
Important Guidelines
- Closed Trades Only: Only realized gains from fully closed trades are included in the daily 0.5% calculation.
- Daily Reset: Each day is measured using the 00:00 CE(S)T reset.
- Quality Over Quantity: The rule rewards high-probability setups and discourages unnecessary activity.
