1) Getting Started: How to Open an Account
Joining AFT Funded is designed to be fast and straightforward.
- Step 1: Visit the official AFT Funded website and click Join Now or Start Challenge.
- Step 2: Choose your challenge model (Sprint, Bridge, or Ascent) and target account size.
- Step 3: Complete registration with accurate personal details.
- Step 4: Verify your email through the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

2) Purchase and Funding: How to Buy a Challenge
We provide secure payment methods to activate accounts quickly.
- Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards and supported cryptocurrency payments are accepted.
- Checkout Process: After selecting your account, you are redirected to secure checkout.
- Activation: Most accounts are activated shortly after successful payment, and MT5 credentials are sent by email.
- Promo Codes: Enter your code in the Promo Code field before finalizing payment.
If payment fails or credentials are not received within 30 minutes, contact Customer Support and include your transaction ID.
3) Platform Access: How to Log In
AFT Funded uses MetaTrader 5 (MT5) for trading.
- Download: Install MT5 for Desktop, iOS, or Android using links from your welcome email or dashboard.
- Server Details: Select the correct server name: [AFT-Server-Name].
- Credentials: Use the Login ID and Password provided by email (different from website dashboard login).
- Trading vs. Read-Only: Use the Master Password to place trades. Investor Password is view-only.
If you see Authorization Failed, recheck server selection and copy-pasted credentials for extra spaces.
4) Security: Forgot Your Password?
We apply strict security controls to protect account access.
- Dashboard Password: Use Forgot Password on the AFT Funded website login page to receive an email reset link.
- MT5 Trading Password: Trading passwords are reset from the AFT Funded Dashboard, not directly inside MT5.
- Reset Path: Dashboard -> Account Settings -> Reset MT5 Password.
If you cannot access your registered email, contact Customer Support for identity verification and manual assistance.
5) Common Technical Troubleshooting
- No Connection on MT5: Check platform status at bottom right. If disconnected, rescan servers and verify internet stability.
- Market Is Closed: Confirm trading hours for the selected instrument (Forex, Gold, Indices, etc.).
- Account Disabled: Usually indicates a rule breach or 60-day inactivity closure.
