Refund and Cancellation Policy
At AFT Funded, we aim to maintain a transparent and fair relationship with all traders. To protect evaluation integrity and funded-capital stability, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
1) Evaluation Fee and Refund Eligibility
The evaluation fee is treated as a commitment to professional development.
- Profit Payout Refund: For Bridge and Ascent models, the initial evaluation fee is 100% refundable and processed with your first successful funded-stage profit payout.
- Non-Refundable Cases: In other outcomes, including failed objectives, account breaches, or inactivity, the evaluation fee is non-refundable. The fee covers infrastructure, data, and evaluation operations.
2) Cancellation of Services
- Before Commencement: You may request cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase if no trades have been placed.
- Service Consumption Trigger: Once the first trade is executed, the service is considered consumed and the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Immediate Forfeiture: Violations of trading rules (for example, max loss breaches or funded-stage news policy violations) result in account cancellation and fee forfeiture.
3) Operational Adjustments and Rights
AFT Funded may adjust services and parameters when required by market conditions, operational risk, or regulatory requirements.
- Right to Modify: AFT Funded reserves the right to make final adjustments to services, account parameters, and policy terms.
- Fair Application: Material changes are intended to be communicated transparently and applied in alignment with capital protection and trader fairness.
4) Dispute Resolution
If you believe a technical issue or account-status misunderstanding occurred:
- Contact Customer Support immediately.
- Cases are reviewed individually using recorded platform and execution data.
